Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Director of Web and Digital Strategy to lead the enterprise websites and social channels. You will personally develop, maintain, and improve web platforms, aligning business priorities with brand integrity across Clayco’s portfolio.

This role partners with Marketing to shape direction, owns technical delivery and team prioritization, and collaborates with IT for hosting, security, and integrations. A senior leader focused on measurable outcomes and digital governance.

Qualifications

• Typically 8+ years of progressive web and digital experience.
• Hands-on WordPress development and strategy or team leadership.
• Working knowledge of PHP, hosting, technical SEO, analytics, accessibility, and social strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop an enterprise digital roadmap aligning website and social priorities with brand and recruitment goals.
• Lead the digital team with priorities, workflows, and quality expectations.
• Guide social channel strategy and coordination with communications leaders.
• Own technical delivery, budgets, tools, and vendor coordination.
