A national engineering firm is seeking an experienced Director of Project Development to lead major water and wastewater infrastructure programs. The role involves managing project strategy, client growth, and ensuring successful project delivery. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 15+ years of experience in municipal engineering, and a PE license. The position offers a competitive salary of $160,000 – $225,000 USD, along with full benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in municipal water/wastewater engineering and consulting.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal strategy, RFQ/RFP responses, and pricing.
• Manage proposal teams and contract negotiations.
• Direct multidisciplinary project execution.
• Conduct site visits and maintain client communication.
