Connecticut Foodshare is seeking a Director of Warehouse Operations to lead all warehouse functions, drive efficiency, and ensure safe, compliant operations. You will oversee staff, inventory control, and process enhancements across receiving, storage, and order fulfillment, reporting to the Sr.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Warehouse Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 7+ years of related experience in warehouse operations or a similar function.
• Experience with inventory control systems and data accuracy.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to meet productivity targets.
• Manage receiving, storage, picking, and order fulfillment processes.
• Develop and enforce warehouse safety and food safety standards.
• Manage inventory control systems and distribution of inventory.
