Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated seeks a Senior Director, Warehouse Process to lead operations across facilities within the footprint. The role drives efficient loading, inventory planning, and talent development while ensuring SOX, OSHA, and FDA compliance.

The leader will manage cost-effective distribution, facility maintenance, and capital upgrades, partnering with distribution, sales, and product supply to meet service and efficiency goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in multi-site large consumer goods supply chain organization management leadership roles
• Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical problem-solving skills
• Advanced presentation, negotiation, and facilitation skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Driver's License required

Responsibilities

• Maintain accountability for operational effectiveness with long- and short-term strategic plans across multiple automated locations
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal and external partners to achieve corporate goals
• Oversee talent management: hire, train, develop, and benchmark staff
• Manage labor, cost control, safety, security, and customer service across market units
• Monitor KPIs: safety, cost per case, inventory shrink, cases per man-hour, and productivity improvements
• Direct capital management: repairs, upgrades, and facility management across locations
• Ensure product availability and coordinate with supply chain analysts to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
• Provide servant leadership and drive continuous improvement across logistics functions
