Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking a Director of Product - Experience Platforms to define a multi-year vision for voyage experiences, content ecosystems, and onboard information platforms. You will own platform strategy spanning content systems, publishing workflows, and guest-facing experiences, guiding governance, KPIs, and vendor strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Computer Science; postgraduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years of digital product leadership experience in hospitality or luxury travel.
• Experience with agile product delivery.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with onboard technology ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year product vision and strategic roadmap for voyage experiences.
• Own end-to-end platform strategy for content systems and guest-facing experiences.
• Lead governance, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
• Mentor product teams and drive agile delivery.
