Qualifications

• Three years of customer service experience.

• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Visitor Experience team by demonstrating exceptional customer service and welcoming presence.
• Oversee daily operations and staff deployment across admissions, coat check, and front-of-house functions.
• Monitor attendance, visitor flow, and operational conditions; redeploy staff as needed.
• Troubleshoot software, ticketing, and equipment issues that affect visitor experience.
• Respond to visitor concerns with professionalism and appropriate service recovery.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and development for the Visitor Experience team.
