Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Science, Technology, or other quantitative discipline.
• Significant experience in underwriting, risk management, or actuarial work with advanced math.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily underwriting operations and staff performance with budgetary awareness.
• Coordinate with Underwriting and Sales leadership to manage books across regions.
• Provide insights to support customer acquisition, retention, and risk management.
• Develop and execute regional or functional strategies and monitor key metrics.
• Mentor and develop team skills, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
