Taylor University in Indiana seeks a Director of Undergraduate Admissions to provide strategic and operational leadership for recruiting traditional undergraduates. • Progressive professional experience in undergraduate admissions, enrollment management, recruitment, or a related field.
• Experience leading, coaching, supervising, and developing a professional team.
• Ability to develop recruitment strategies tied to measurable enrollment goals.
• Strong analytical skills using admissions and enrollment data for decision making.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and competing priorities.
• Strong relationship-building skills across departments and with external partners.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the undergraduate admissions team and culture.
• Develop and execute recruitment and yield strategies for traditional undergrad and transfer students.
• Set annual enrollment and geographic goals and monitor progress using data.
• Oversee admissions operations: counselor travel, campus visits, events, reviews, standards, and systems.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, evaluate, and develop staff.
• Build strategic recruitment relationships with feeder schools, churches, camps, alumni, and partners.
• Identify new recruitment opportunities to strengthen reach and diversity.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Marketing, Intercultural Programs, Global Engagement, faculty, and others.
• Manage the undergraduate admissions budget and allocate resources.
• Represent Undergraduate Admissions on committees and contribute to policy discussions.
