Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering on a confidential search for a Director of Treasury with a privately held, $1B+ global organization operating across North America, South America, and Europe. The role will lead treasury and banking operations, owning credit facilities, lender relationships, liquidity management, cash forecasting, and capital structure support.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading sophisticated treasury functions, managing complex banking relationships

Job description

We are partnering on a confidential search for a Director of Treasury with a privately held, $1B+ global organization operating across North America, South America, and Europe.

This role will be responsible for leading the company's treasury and banking operations, including ownership of credit facilities, lender relationships, liquidity management, cash forecasting, and overall capital structure support. The organization is seeking an experienced treasury leader who has successfully managed Asset Based Lending (ABL) arrangements and established, negotiated, and maintained sizable revolving credit and financing facilities.

Key areas of focus include:

• Ownership of banking relationships and day to day treasury operations
• Management of ABL and other lending arrangements
• Oversight of liquidity, cash positioning, and cash forecasting
• Administration and optimization of credit facilities and working capital programs
• Partnership with executive leadership on financing strategy and capital planning
• Leadership of a small treasury team and treasury process improvement initiatives

The ideal candidate will come from a mid sized to large company environment and bring hands on experience leading sophisticated treasury functions rather than supporting them. Industry background is flexible, but candidates should have a proven track record managing complex banking relationships, sizable lines of credit, and treasury operations within a growing organization.

• $180,000 to $200,000 base salary
