Job summary

Jobot, a rapidly growing healthcare and safety company in Southlake, TX, seeks a Director of Training and Certifications to lead the development and oversight of staff training and certification programs. The role requires RN or NP with proven leadership in healthcare training and credentials in ACLS, PALS, ALS, or ATLS.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive training and certification program for all staff.
• Conduct regular training needs assessments and address gaps in skills or knowledge.
• Oversee the certification process for all staff to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with management to identify and address organizational training needs.
• Create and implement strategies to improve training quality and delivery.
• Provide guidance on professional development and certification pathways.
• Stay updated with trends, techniques, and regulations for training materials.
• Develop and manage the training budget.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Build relationships with external training providers and certification bodies.
