Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in third-party risk management.
• Paralegal experience or contract negotiation experience.
• Ability to assess third-party financial statements and risks.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidance and industry expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the third-party risk management program and governance activities.
• Oversee onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, and monitoring of vendors.
• Provide training and communications to stakeholders on TP risk requirements.
• Report risks, trends, and program updates to committees and the Board.
• Drive continuous improvement of risk processes and collaboration.
