The Brook at High Falls and Wedgewood Rehab is seeking a gifted Director of Therapeutic Recreation to lead and enhance the residents' recreation program.

You will direct policy development, establish individualized care plans based on resident needs, maintain comprehensive records, and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and a compassionate approach to therapy programs to support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Director— leadership position for at least 3 years in Activities
• Activities Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility Required

Responsibilities

• Establishes individualized plans based on residents' needs
• Manages comprehensive record-keeping for ongoing evaluation
