Job summary

Summit Oaks Hospital is seeking a Manager of Therapeutic Activities to lead and grow the therapeutic activities program for adults and youth. You will oversee therapists and aides in occupational, music, art, and recreation therapy, ensuring quality care and adherence to treatment plans.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree and art therapy licensure/certifications, with 5-8 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Certification/licensure in Art Therapy required (CTRS/ATR/MT-BC/OT/LAC/LPC).
• 5-8 years of related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the Therapeutic Activities program.
• Lead and supervise activity therapy staff.
• Ensure quality patient care and documentation.
• Coordinate scheduling and coverage for the department.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
