Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum 6 years of management experience with hiring and performance oversight.
• Broad technology and business leadership with healthcare familiarity.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem and platform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction across technology functions and align with GTS vision.
• Set direction for strategic business and technology challenges within infrastructure and apps.
• Manage relationships with executive stakeholders and peers.
• Lead multi-year planning and strategic technology roadmaps.
• Drive transformation initiatives and industry best practices.
• Oversee budget planning and monitoring for the department.
• Monitor performance of direct reports and conduct reviews.
• Ensure effective cross-team communications and progress toward goals.
