Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with 5+ years leading IT for a small or mid-sized company.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and Microsoft 365.
• Strong cybersecurity background, including incident response and DR planning.
• Experience selecting, implementing and integrating ERP/CRM/project management tools.
• Experience managing MSPs, vendors and IT budgets.
• Ability to explain technology clearly to non-technical leaders and field staff.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a multi-year technology roadmap and own the IT budget, vendor contracts and software licensing.
• Own networks, cloud services, devices, phones, email and collaboration tools for office and job sites.
• Own the cybersecurity program, security awareness training, and disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Own core systems (ERP, CRM, project management) and integrate them so data flows without re-entry.
• Create dashboards and lead the company’s use of AI and automation.
• Train staff in the office and field to get full value from company systems.
• Build and lead the IT team as the company grows, and manage MSPs and technology vendors.
