Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all IT functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, operational requirements, and future business growth.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, networks, hardware, software, and system performance to ensure reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Direct cybersecurity strategy, system security controls, risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response to safeguard company information and assets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, industry, and customer cybersecurity requirements, including NIST and other relevant standards.
• Establish, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, governance standards, and internal controls.
• Oversee disaster recovery, business continuity, data backup, and system restoration strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Lead technology improvements, system integrations, automation, and digital transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Manage IT budgets, capital investments, vendor relationships, service providers, and technology contracts to optimize costs and performance.
• Direct IT personnel, establishing departmental priorities, performance expectations, professional development, and accountability.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to identify technology needs and support enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Oversee enterprise systems, data integrity, user access, software licensing, and technology asset management.
• Establish and monitor IT performance metrics, cybersecurity effectiveness, project deliverables, and continuous improvement initiatives.

SUMMARY:

The Information Technology Director provides strategic leadership and oversight of all IT functions, including infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, data protection, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance. This role ensures system reliability, security, operational efficiency, and scalability while managing technology risks, policies, resources, budgets, and external providers.
