Job summary

Reeves Young is seeking a Director of IT to lead the technology strategy for a $1B+ contractor. You will define governance, oversee MSP relationships, and drive a multi-year roadmap to support field operations and growth.

Leading an IT team, you will align IT with business objectives, manage security standards, and partner with project management and estimating to identify efficiency gains through integrated ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience leading and elevating an IT team and driving improvement.
• Experience in construction/engineering/real estate development or asset-heavy industries preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; able to present to C-suite and translate IT concepts for nontechnical audiences.
• Experience with construction ERP systems (Vista, Sage 300 CRE, CMiC, Procore, or similar).

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the overall technology strategy for Reeves Young.
• Manage and oversee the relationship with the MSP.
• Develop and execute a multi-year IT strategic roadmap aligned to business growth and field operations.
• Establish IT governance, policies, and security standards for a $1B+ contractor.
• Oversee and improve network, server, cloud, and end-user environments across offices and field sites.
• Partner with project management, estimating, and field ops to drive efficiency through technology.
