Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in IT, software development, application management, or related technology field.
• 3+ years of experience leading and managing technical teams.
• Experience overseeing software applications, IT operations, technology platforms, and system implementations.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, infrastructure, databases, programming languages, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with development tools and technologies such as Azure DevOps, JavaScript, and C#.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, access management, and IT best practices.
• Strong project management, strategic planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technology Strategy: Oversee platforms, applications, infrastructure, and IT operations aligned to goals.
• Drive Application Development: Own ongoing development, maintenance, and performance of educational applications.
• Manage & Develop Teams: Lead and coach software developers and IT staff; manage priorities and projects.
• Oversee Technology Projects: Manage roadmaps, enhancements, integrations, testing, QA, and releases.
