Absher Construction Company seeks a Director of Technology to shape our AI-driven future, align technology with business priorities, and lead IT and Business Systems Analysis. You’ll set strategic direction, mentor leaders, and drive measurable improvements across operations, security, and vendor engagements.

You’ll oversee enterprise technology investments, champion change, and ensure solutions meet field and office needs while maintaining a strong cybersecurity posture.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in technology leadership
• Hands-on enterprise AI or automation implementation experience
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and enterprise systems (Microsoft 365 and Azure)
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop managers into leaders
• Experience developing or improving cybersecurity programs using leading frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF or CIS Controls)

• Develop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with Absher's priorities
• Lead the organization's enterprise AI strategy and initiatives
• Evaluate emerging technologies and advise executive leadership
• Establish governance for AI adoption, data management, and systems integration
• Oversee cybersecurity strategy and risk management
• Lead and mentor the IT Manager and Business Systems Analysis Manager
• Develop technology budgets and oversee procurement and investments
• Communicate progress and recommendations to executive leadership
• Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations
