Qualifications

• Quality Control experience in ready-mix concrete or aggregates (10 years minimum).
• Prior managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and advanced mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Technical Services across the organization.
• Develop and maintain visibility and reporting on KPI including quality trends, performance optimization, product cost, and mix design usage.
• Lead management and resolution of significant or systemic quality issues with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Direct and oversee R&D efforts of new products and sustainable offerings.
• Manage and oversee new technical initiatives, projects, and product launches.
• Oversee vendor relationships to ensure communication, performance expectations, and technical alignment.
