Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Certified Concrete Technician credential or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional customer interactions.
• Willingness to travel up to 65 hours per week and Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to travel independently to plant sites and customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen testing of concrete from random loads, special jobs, and mix designs; produce test reports.
• Conduct aggregate and batch plant testing, including gradation and moisture tests for state/spec projects.
• Certify concrete loads per State Highway Administration/DOT requirements; verify procedures and documentation.
