Job summary

Cyberhaven is seeking an experienced program leader to own end-to-end planning for its most complex cross-organizational initiatives. You will partner with engineering leadership to shape org-level strategy and build the operating cadence.

You will design and monitor org-wide success metrics, release health, and delivery scorecards, and architect AI-assisted dashboards that connect Jira, Notion, GitHub, and Slack. Automation of status collection and reporting will scale with the business.

Responsibilities

• Operate as an individual contributor peer to engineering leadership, shaping org-level strategy.
• Architect monthly and quarterly business reviews and the engineering operating cadence.
