Job summary

Infinitek Limited, a rapidly growing hyperscale data center infrastructure developer, seeks a Director of Technical Accounting & Reporting to guide technical accounting, financial reporting, and policy across a vast project portfolio.

You will partner with FP&A, Treasury, Legal, and Development to ensure accurate reporting for projects and corporate entities, while evaluating accounting implications of large-scale developments, JVs, debt, and equity activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with significant technical accounting exposure.
• CPA required and experience with complex transactions.
• Experience in real estate, infrastructure, data centers or capital markets is preferred.
• Strong US GAAP and consolidations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting, financial reporting, and accounting policy across a complex infrastructure development platform.
• Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Project Controls, Legal, and Development to ensure accurate project and corporate reporting.
• Evaluate accounting implications of large-scale development projects, JVs, acquisitions, debt, equity, leases, and other complex transactions.
• Support capital markets activity, including debt raises, equity transactions, and investor reporting.
• Establish scalable accounting policies, controls, processes, and reporting infrastructure to support rapid growth.
• Partner directly with the SVP of Accounting and CFO on strategic accounting matters and high-priority initiatives.

They are seeking a high-caliber Director of Technical Accounting & Reporting to support the company through significant growth, complex project structures, and increasing capital markets activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical accounting, financial reporting, and accounting policy across a complex infrastructure development platform.
• Partner with FP&A, Treasury, Project Controls, Legal, and Development to ensure accurate project and corporate reporting.
• Evaluate accounting implications of large-scale development projects, JVs, acquisitions, debt, equity, leases, and other complex transactions.
• Support capital markets activity, including debt raises, equity transactions, and investor reporting.
• Establish scalable accounting policies, controls, processes, and reporting infrastructure to support rapid growth.
• Partner directly with the SVP of Accounting and CFO on strategic accounting matters and high-priority initiatives.

Ideal Background

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with significant technical accounting and complex transaction exposure.
• CPA required.
• Experience in real estate, infrastructure, energy, data centers, private equity, capital markets & accounting advisory services, deal services or project finance background essential.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP, consolidations, JVs, revenue recognition, leases, debt, and equity transactions.
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, highly complex environment with significant executive and investor exposure.
