Qualifications

• 3–7 years of public accounting experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SEC accounting, BCFs, derivatives, and equity valuation.

Responsibilities

• Engage in financial modeling including budgeting, forecasting, and projections.

• Strong understanding of SEC accounting, BCFs, derivatives, and equity valuation is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
• Outstanding project management and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of tax provisions is a plus.
