Job summary

Stream Data Centers in Frisco, TX is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition to design and scale a modern, data-driven recruitment function nationwide. Lead a high-performing team sourcing corporate, technical, construction, and data center talent with executive-level collaboration.

You will shape enterprise-wide sourcing strategies, stand up scalable recruiting infrastructure, and partner with the CHRO to optimize hiring across markets while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including at least 5 years in leadership.
Proven track record building and scaling TA in high-growth, multi-site orgs.
Experience recruiting across corporate, technical, construction, and data center ops.
Deep expertise in modern sourcing, employer branding, and full-cycle recruiting.
Hands-on experience with ATS and recruiting analytics/tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with growth objectives.
Lead and develop a high-performing TA team with clear goals and career paths.
Own full-cycle recruiting across corporate, technical, construction, and data center roles.
Own design of college partnerships and early-career programs with universities and trade schools.
Build scalable pipelines: internships, apprenticeships, co-ops, rotational programs.
Monitor metrics and optimize processes, candidate experience, and vendor relationships.
