Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical construction, electrical power systems, switchgear services, project management, field operations, or operations leadership.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience managing teams, projects, programs, or service organizations.
• Strong knowledge of low- and medium-voltage switchgear systems and power distribution equipment; exposure to HV beneficial.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, risk management, customer relationships, contractor coordination, outage planning, commissioning, quality, safety, and schedule performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic vision and growth objectives for EOL Operations.
• Lead switchgear modernization, retrofit, replacement, and lifecycle extension projects.
• Establish performance metrics, governance processes, and operational standards.
• Champion safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction improvements.
• Partner with commercial teams to support growth, retention, and market expansion.
• Ensure projects are safe, on schedule, within budget, and meet requirements.
