Job summary

RavenVolt Inc, An ABM Company, seeks a Director of EOL Operations to lead strategic and operational execution for its end‑of‑life switchgear modernization and lifecycle services. You will drive safety, quality, and profitability while expanding a growing portfolio of projects across complex electrical infrastructure.

The role reports to executive leadership and requires partnering with sales, engineering, and field teams to optimize resources, manage risk, and deliver customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, Business, or a related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical construction, electrical power systems, switchgear services, project management, field operations, or operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop the strategic vision, operational plans, and growth objectives for EOL Operations.
• Lead a portfolio of switchgear modernization, retrofit, replacement, and lifecycle extension projects.
• Ensure projects are safe, on schedule, on budget, and meet contractual requirements.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, resources, procurement, and execution strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering and field operations on modernization, protection systems, and commissioning.
• Support design reviews, FAT/SAT, startup, and commissioning efforts.
• Manage risks, changes, and customer expectations; maintain stakeholder relationships.
