Job summary

RavenVolt is seeking a Senior Switchgear Project Manager in the United States to oversee equipment procurement from award through delivery, ensuring on-time, profitable project closure and high customer satisfaction. The role requires strong PM, communication, and technical skills to manage complex switchgear initiatives end-to-end.

Responsibilities include coordinating with manufacturers, reviewing specs, mentoring other PMs, and traveling domestically for site visits and project reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of PM experience in electrical distribution or switchgear.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically for inspections or meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of switchgear projects from configuration to delivery.
• Review equipment specifications and layouts.
• Lead other project managers through processes and challenges to ensure project success.
• Provide ongoing customer support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with manufacturing partners to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Track project progress and performance against milestones and financial targets.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and adherence to company standards.
