Job summary

Salary: $95,000-$135,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services to oversee the daily operations and overall management of surgical services. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient department operations, regulatory compliance, and effective resource management across multiple surgical service areas.

The Director will provide strategic direction and operational oversight for pre-operative services, the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), operating rooms, central processing, and orthopedic and general surgery outreach clinics.

• Annual salary of $95,000-$135,000, depending on experience.
