Central Health in Austin, TX seeks a Senior Operations Manager to oversee one or more service areas supporting a coordinated care system for vulnerable populations. The role focuses on daily operations, planning, budgets, risks, and partner relationships, reporting to an Operations Director.

Responsibilities include data interpretation, project leadership, and cross-department coordination with clinical and analytics teams to improve delivery and outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of related work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 3 years with a Master’s degree, plus demonstrated work experience managing clinical projects and/or clinical operations.

Responsabilidades

• Define and manage overall service area objectives, scope, schedule, budget, deliverables and measurement to improve capacity to drive delivery system change.
• Oversee ongoing operations of assigned service areas by building/manage operational relationships and understanding day-to-day service delivery.
• Monitor data to optimize efficiency, effectiveness and appropriate utilization and lead in service area planning.
• Provide direction over operational initiatives and projects within assigned service areas and manage budgets/contracts.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery value relative to quality, cost and experience.
• Develop standardized reporting to communicate outputs and achievements toward objectives.
• Monitor financial performance including variance explanations and capital requests for new programs.
