Qualifikationen

• Experience leading warehouse, shipping, and inventory control operations.
• Strong inventory accuracy and material flow expertise.
• Proven people leadership with coaching and development.
• Ability to establish standard work and training programs.
• Experience with SAP/ERP and WMS systems.
• Lean Six Sigma or APICS/ASCM certification preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Lead Warehouse, Shipping, and Inventory Control operations ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient material flow.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and root-cause analysis.
• Develop supervisors and teams with clear expectations and training.
• Manage WIP and Kanban to support uninterrupted production.
• Implement standard work and processes for consistency and continuity.
• Own KPIs and resolve performance gaps with structured problem solving.
• Lead continuous improvement and infrastructure projects for safety and capacity.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Engineering, Safety, Quality, Facilities.
• Maintain audit readiness for Warehouse and Inventory Control.
• Support SAP implementation and ensure sustainable SAP execution.
