Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a dynamic Director of Supply Chain to lead procurement and subcontracts, drive scalable processes, and mature the organization through talent development across a broad set of engineering and program offices.

The role emphasizes partnering with cross-functional leaders to ensure affordability, producibility, and schedule performance while maintaining compliance and strong supplier performance across program lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 15 years prior experience; Graduate Degree with 13 years prior experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP implementations and tool deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain organization across procurement and subcontracts.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with priorities and program requirements.
• Mature the organization through talent development, coaching, and capability building.
• Drive adoption of tools and standard processes to improve efficiency and visibility.
• Engage engineering, program management, finance, and operations early in the lifecycle.
