Job summary

The Dean of Students will support MTSS and inclusive practices, supervise interventions, and collaborate on data-driven decision making to improve outcomes for all students.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in administration, education leadership, or related field.
• Five years of certified teaching, education administration, or K-12 leadership experience.
• School Administrators License required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and oversees student behavior policies, discipline procedures, and restorative practices.
• Monitors attendance and engagement, collaborates with families and staff to improve outcomes.
• Supports school leadership and instructional planning to meet district goals.
• Leads initiatives to promote positive school culture and safety.
• Collaborates with counselors and staff to address student needs and intervention plans.
