Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university with coursework in administration, education leadership, or related field.
• Five (5) years of certified teaching experience, education administration, or K-12 leadership.
• School Administrators License required; proper endorsement before starting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee student behavior policies, discipline procedures, and restorative practices per district/state rules.
• Monitor attendance trends and collaborate with families to improve engagement and reduce absenteeism.
• Lead school climate initiatives and provide instructional leadership and staff development.
• Collaborate with counselors, teachers, and administrators to implement MTSS and support systems.
