Job summary

Fusion Academy is seeking a Director of Student Life at our Los Angeles campus to mentor students, support their social-emotional growth, and lead programs and activities that build a vibrant campus culture.

You will oversee Homework Café, run student clubs and events, partner with staff to foster a safe, inclusive community, and help shape a 1-to-1 personalized learning environment that empowers students.

• Bachelor’s degree (required) and leadership experience.
• Experience working with middle & high school students.
• Passion for student development and social-emotional learning.
• A fun, creative personality that makes campus life come alive!

As a Director of StudentLife, you’ll shape a vibrant campus culture by mentoring each student, supporting their social-emotional growth, and leading meaningful programs and activities. Please note: Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, and specific details will be shared during the interview process.

Pay Range

USD $58,000.00 - USD $68,000.00 /Yr.
