The role reports to the Senior Associate Director and requires strategic planning, program assessment, and staff oversight, while expanding opportunities for current and former student-athletes through partnerships with employers and campus partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of professional work experience in student services or related field.
• Master’s degree may substitute for 1 year of experience; substitute education year-for-year.
• Experience leading or directing others and strong communication with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for student-athlete development programs.
• Oversee alumni relations including the Gray W Varsity Club.
• Build partnerships with alumni, employers, and campus stakeholders; supervise staff.
