The Stanford Athletics Department (DAPER) invites applications for a Director of Student-Athlete Alumni Strategy & Engagement. This full-time, on-site role builds an integrated alumni ecosystem to enrich the student-athlete experience and advance engagement priorities.

You will cultivate partnerships with alumni, campus partners, industry leaders, and employers, leading mentorship, career development, networking, and opportunities for student-athletes throughout their journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in athletics administration or alumni engagement.
• Proven ability to build relationships across diverse groups.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives requiring influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated engagement ecosystem for student-athletes and alumni.
• Develop and sustain strategic partnerships with campus and industry partners.
• Oversee Mentorship and alumni programs and monitor outcomes.
