Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• 5+ years in engineering leadership or management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Engineering Department and oversee all projects.
• Provide technical oversight and strategic leadership.
• Mentor and develop staff; manage budgets and business development.
• Ensure QA/QC and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with client meetings and cross-discipline teams.
