Opportunity
We're seeking a Principal Structural Engineer to join their leadership team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural design for commercial, residential, and mixed‑use projects.
- Oversee project delivery from concept through construction.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering staff.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure design excellence.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Support business development and client engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- PE license required.
- 10+ years of structural engineering experience, including leadership roles.
- Expertise in steel, concrete, and wood design; proficiency with industry software.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $115,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
