Lumen is seeking a Director, Chief of Staff to partner with the SVP, Enterprise Finance Planning, translating strategic priorities into enterprise execution.

The role operates at the center of Finance, Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, and Corporate Functions to drive governance, accountability, and measurable outcomes across critical initiatives. Strong collaboration and executive influence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and 8+ years leading strategy, transformation, consulting, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Experience driving enterprise-wide initiatives in large matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of governance, operating models, and organizational effectiveness.
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders without direct authority.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Comfort operating in high-growth, ambiguous environments and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to the SVP of Enterprise Finance Planning on strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Translate objectives into actionable plans with clear accountability and measurable outcomes.
• Provide independent perspectives to improve decision quality and drive execution.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Sales, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Corporate Functions.
• Develop governance frameworks and operating principles to support strategic programs.
• Drive digital transformation efforts including SaaS and platform-based models.
