Responsibilities

Lead organizational initiatives on behalf of the Sheriff.
Coordinate the implementation of strategic priorities across the Sheriff’s Office divisions.
Monitor organizational performance and ensure timely execution of priorities.
Prepare executive briefings, reports, presentations, and performance metrics for the Sheriff and DOF leadership.
Coordinate interagency initiatives and executive communications with DOF leadership and partners.
Support the implementation of new legislation, technology initiatives, and organizational changes.
Manage executive projects and special assignments as directed by the Sheriff.
Serve as a senior strategic advisor to the Sheriff on priorities and agency initiatives.
Coordinate change management activities within the Sheriff’s Office to support continuous improvement.
