Qualifications

• Requires seven or more years of experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.
• Experience with high-level, complex transactions including contract management/compliance.
• Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio plans with client real estate goals and objectives.
• Optimize portfolio with clients' workplace strategy.
• Lead negotiations of business terms for leases, sales, subleases, and purchases.
• Align service areas with clients' real estate functions for consistency.
• Expand account services and develop senior-level client relationships.
