Job summary

Voyager Technologies seeks a Program Director for Advanced Technology Programs to lead all phases from inception to closeout, including IR&D and new captures. The role requires DoW program management experience, CSP propulsion knowledge, and collaboration across engineering, finance, procurement and HR.

You will interact with executive leadership and customers, manage risks, and influence strategic direction while traveling up to 35% and maintaining security clearances where required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Operations or related technical field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of direct program management experience with Department of War (DoW).
• Extensive knowledge of controllable solid propulsion (CSP) capabilities and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with program teams, management, partners and customers.
• Ability to multi-task in a highly collaborative team environment and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor projects to ensure scope, schedule, and budget; manage project-level profit and loss.
• Define, generate, and review project management related material.
• Ensure resources (engineering, manpower, production, facilities) are defined and available for the program.
• Direct management of all phases from inception to contract closeout.
