Job summary

Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Director of Advanced Technology Programs in Reno, NV. The role oversees all phases of program execution for Strategic Systems Division Advanced Technology programs, including IR&D and new business captures, reporting to the VP of Programs, Propulsion Controls.

Requires DoW program management experience and DoD clearance readiness. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, managing budgets, and driving completion of contracts on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of direct program management experience with DoW.
• Extensive knowledge of CSP capabilities and technologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with management, partners and customers.
• Ability to multi-task in a highly collaborative team environment.
• Understanding of technical, cost and schedule impacts and ECP processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor project scope, schedule, and budget; own project P&L.
• Define and review project management materials.
• Coordinate resources across engineering, production, and facilities.
• Lead risk management and early escalation of issues.
• Serve as primary customer contact and pursue new business opportunities.
• Conduct EMPRs and CEACs for Advanced Technology Programs.
