• Proficiency with Salesforce or CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of Sourcing Managers across regions.
• Own workload distribution and resourcing to ensure supply continuity.
• Conduct regular performance check-ins and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop succession plans for key sourcing roles.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align sourcing with company goals.
• Travel approximately 25-40% to support team and supplier relationships.
