Woodward is seeking a Sourcing Leader to shape and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies across procurement, production, and distribution. You will oversee daily operations, mentor the team, and drive cost-efficiency while ensuring service levels align with business goals.

The role requires strong leadership, deep supply chain expertise, and the ability to manage complex supplier relationships, budgets, and performance metrics within a dynamic environment.
