Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Director to drive strategic direction for a portfolio of enterprise initiatives. You will oversee funding processes, transformation programs and long-range goals, while aligning cross-unit strategy and delivering executive-level reporting.

The role requires senior leadership, budget oversight, and experience guiding complex, data-driven programs within a healthcare setting. A PMP/CSM/Agile background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7 years of strategy, transformation, operations, or consulting experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• 3 years of experience in matrixed organizations.
• Experience with large data transformations supporting enterprise data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the enterprise strategic planning process.
• Define strategic objectives and long-range goals.
• Align strategy and execution across business units.
• Oversee funding processes, strategic portfolios, and technology-enabled transformations.
• Develop and lead governance across a matrixed organization with executive updates.
• Provide reporting and analysis to the executive steering committee.
