Coverys is seeking a Programs Underwriting Director to oversee a network of MGA partnerships in the US. You will manage program lifecycle, due diligence, onboarding, product filings, and underwriting governance to ensure disciplined execution and profitability.

You will collaborate with internal teams to drive growth, monitor performance, and maintain data integrity while leading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring timely delivery of strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 15+ years of property and casualty underwriting experience.
• Proven experience managing complex program portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary MGA contact to build trust and maintain alignment with carrier principals.
• Collaborate across underwriting, actuarial, claims, finance, and technology to support program goals.
• Source and evaluate new program opportunities to grow the segment per corporate strategy.
• Anticipate partner needs and share data, market intelligence, and solutions consistent with risk appetite.
