Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Director, Account Development Competence Center in Irving, TX. The role leads a high-impact team, defines operating models, and drives adoption of core sales processes and pricing governance to accelerate growth across North America.

You will design scalable frameworks, coach executives, and partner with Sales Enablement to deliver strategic workshops and cross-sell initiatives. Hybrid work arrangements may apply based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales and sales leadership.
• Mastery of strategic account management and growth planning.
• Strong commercial acumen translating strategy into results.
• Proven coaching, collaboration, and influencing across functions.
• Experience driving change and adoption of new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Account Development Competence Center.
• Define operating model for systematic account development.
• Own core sales processes and account development standards.
• Design and evolve scalable account development and pipeline framework.
• Develop pricing capabilities and governance to drive margin growth.
• Create playbooks, training, and strategic workshops with Sales Enablement.
• Lead growth initiatives, retention, and cross-sell programs.
• Collaborate with Sales Tech and Data teams to integrate CRM workflows.
