Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Director of Stewarding for Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, FL. Lead back‑of‑house stewarding across all outlets, ensure top sanitation, safety, and efficiency, and partner with Culinary and Engineering to deliver guest‑centered service.

The role requires strong leadership, hands‑on management, and a proven track record in high‑volume hotel stewarding and banquet operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years progressive stewarding or food and beverage operations leadership experience.
• Luxury hotel or resort experience preferred; large banquet operations experience advantageous.
• Experience managing large stewarding teams and high-volume events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee stewarding operations across restaurants, lounges, banquet facilities, and venues.
• Establish and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, organization, and safety standards.
• Develop stewarding procedures to support efficient culinary and F&B operations.
• Ensure adequate staffing and coverage for all business levels and events.
• Lead sanitation and cleanliness programs compliant with HACCP and health regulations.
• Coordinate with Culinary leadership for inspections and audits.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop stewarding staff and supervisors.
• Oversee inventories of china, glassware, silverware, and supplies.
• Develop budgeting, labor, and operating expense controls.
• Oversee waste disposal, recycling, and sustainability initiatives.
• Provide stewarding support for banquets and large events.
